Sixteen properties, maintained since November 2017
We look after 16 IKE Supported Housing properties across the Durham area, including schemes in Shildon, Ferryhill, Kirk Merrington and West Auckland. The work is planned and reactive, from fire door remedials to damp and mould.
The people living there are adults with autism, learning and physical disabilities and mental ill health. Tenants stay at home while we work, so every job is risk assessed and kept as quiet as we can make it, and a lot of it happens out of normal working hours.
