A family firm in Newton Aycliffe
Impress has been trading since 2015. We look after commercial buildings across County Durham, Teesside and Tyne and Wear from one base at the Incubation Centre in Newton Aycliffe.
A small team, run by the family that owns it
Wayne Cator is our Managing Director and the person you speak to when you ring. Tracey Cator is our Resources Director. Alongside them is a small team of three, every one of them enhanced DBS checked.
Being this size means the people who come to your building are usually the same people who came last time, and the person who answers the phone can make a decision.
“Impress carried out the required work quickly, efficiently and professionally. I am more than pleased with the results and would definitely recommend and use again.”
“I couldn’t fault them, quick, efficient, clean and tidy.”
Our name has changed
The company is Impress Property Services Limited, and you may know us by that name. We now trade as Impress Maintenance, because maintenance is the work we do. The company, the people and the phone number are the same.
Buildings that stay open while we work
Since November 2017 we have maintained 16 supported housing properties for IKE Supported Housing, where tenants stay at home while we work. That way of working, quietly, around the people inside and with a written record of every job, is what we offer every building we take on.
“Arrived on time, completed the work on time and to a high standard. Removed all waste to leave the room tidy.”
“The work carried out to remove old wall and rebuild a new stone wall was of the highest quality of workmanship and the area was left tidy and clean.”
